Working Principle Description:
VPSA (Vacuum Pressure SwingAbsorption) is a process of adsorption at close to atmospheric pressure (or super atmospheric pressure) and regeneration at vacuum and negative pressure. The circulation process provides feed air through the blower, which is suitable for the application of high-performance adsorbents (such as CaX and LiX zeolite), and is difficult to wash and desorb air separation for oxygen production at atmospheric pressure.
